CAUSA FORMALIS – The Mission

Quality and adherence

My customers experience a sustainable improvement in achieving their company objectives at higher quality and better adherence to delivery dates combined with lower cost.

President Dwight D. Eisenhower demonstrated the art of leadership on a simple piece of wire. He just put it onto a table and said:

"Pull it and it will follow you everywhere you go, push it and it won’t move at all."

Human behaviour is somehow similar. The exertion of pressure results in counter-pressure. The human brain releases Adrenalin, the body prepares for attack, defence or escape and the options for thinking and reasoning are dramatically reduced. Counter-pressure is not what you need in your company, it pushes you into a defensive position and your company objectives are way off achievable. But desirability and attractiveness release Dopamin in the brain of your employees. All options for thinking and reasoning become wide open and will be used voluntarily.
How many companies can afford limited thinking among their employees?

Turn your employees into collaborators

Employees The basic concept of my thinking is generating desirability and attractiveness and avoiding any negative pressure. Attraction for human beings, this is the more promising concept to become a successful company. This allows your employees to find themselves in your company objectives, allows them to become major players for success and they are willing to contribute their best available expertise. Also customers experience a real value in your products and services to make them part of their success. Customer value and win-win for all parties becomes reality.

Turn yourself into a critical success factor to your customers.

You like this idea? The basic concepts are simple, but their sustainable application to daily business is challenging and requires education and training. But it is worth the investment, both enthusiastic employees and enthusiastic customers increase your company value. Make your customers more successful through your products and services.
